Refund policy

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

•   The product is in its original, unused, and new condition

•   The product is returned in its original packaging

•   All original attachments, accessories, tags, and labels are included and intact where applicable

All racket returns must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once a racket has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund. This does not apply to damaged or defective products (see "Exceptions" below). . Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before opening your racket.

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

•   Opened rackets

•   Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

•   Items returned after the 30-day window

•   Products without original packaging or missing attachments

To initiate a return, you must FIRST contact our support team at info@padelforless.ae with your order number.

Please Note: To expedite your return and ensure faster processing, our support team will provide you with a direct-to-warehouse shipping label and instructions upon approval of your return request via email."

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
