At Padel For Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns and issue full refunds within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

•   The product is in its original, unused, and new condition

•   The product is returned in its original packaging

•   All original attachments, accessories, tags, and labels are included and intact where applicable

All racket returns must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once a racket has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund, regardless of the reason. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before opening your racket.

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

•   Opened rackets

•   Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

•   Items returned after the 14-day window

•   Products without original packaging or missing attachments

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@padelforless.ae within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
