Price Match Policy:

1. UAE retailers only: The offer must be from an established retailer based in the UAE, selling and delivering locally. Overseas websites and cross-border offers are excluded.

2. Identical product: The brand, model, model year, size, colour and pack quantity must match exactly.

3. New and authentic: The competitor’s product must be genuine, brand-new and unused. Used, refurbished, open-box and display items are excluded.

4. In stock: The product must be available for immediate purchase from both Padel for Less and the competitor. Pre-orders and out-of-stock listings do not qualify.

5. Final price comparison: We compare the total delivered price, including VAT, and any mandatory fees—not just the advertised product price.

6. Publicly available offers: The price must be available to all customers. Private quotes, membership prices, employee discounts, personalised coupons, loyalty rewards, bundles and pricing errors are excluded.

7. Eligible sellers: Private sellers, auctions, classified listings and third-party marketplace sellers are excluded.

8. Request before purchase: Price matching must be requested and approved before placing your order. It does not apply retrospectively to completed purchases.

9. Verification required: Send us a working product link. Screenshots may support your request, but we must be able to verify the price, seller and stock availability.

10. No combined discounts: An approved price match cannot be combined with other Padel for Less discount codes or promotional offers.

11. Personal purchases only: Price matching applies to reasonable quantities for personal use. Bulk, wholesale and resale orders are excluded.

12. Approval and availability: Requests meeting these conditions will be honoured, subject to verification and stock availability. Any approved price is valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
